SFC Burnadette Faison enlisted in the United States Army in September 1999. She attended Basic Training at Fort Sill Oklahoma and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Georgia graduating as a 92A (Automated Logistics Specialist). SFC Faison has held several leadership positions to include: Section Sergeant, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Operations Sergeant, General Supply Operations Sergeant, Division Transition cell Operations Sergeant


SFC Faison  previous duty assignments include 725th Main Support Battalion, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; 45th Sustainment Brigade, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; Operation Enduring Freedom Bagram Air Base;  Operation Iraqi Freedom , FOB Q-West, Iraq 3-43 Air Defense Artillery, Fort Bliss Texas; 2nd Brigade Support Battalion, Joint Base Lewis McCord, Washington ; Operation Enduring Freedom, FOB Walton, Afghanistan;  White House Communications Agency , J4 Logistics, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington DC.


SFC Faison military education includes the  Standard Army Supply System Course, Hazmat Certification Course, Technical Transportation of Hazmat Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Unit Prevention Leader Course, Sling Load Inspector Course, Battle Staff NCO Course, Contracting Officer Representative Course, Advanced Leaders Course, (Commandants List), and Senior Leader Course,
